Terms of Agreement
It is understood that this contract is binding on both parties. It cannot be altered or changed unless agreed to in writing by the said parties, Contractor.
Cancellation of the engagement by the Client is possible if the said Contractor is notified within two (2) weeks of the engagement date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The entire balance shall be paid at the start of the event on the above stated date.
Specific Performance. The parties acknowledge that the obligations of Contractor and of Client under this Agreement are incapable of valuation with any reasonable degree of certainty.
In the event that either party should fail to fulfill any of the obligations of this Agreement, the other party may bring an action to enforce specfic performance of all obligations under this Agreement.
 
This Agreement shall insure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their representives and, except as specifically provided herein, It is understood and agreed that Contractor shall have the right to assign this Agreement to any successor, or to any direct or indirect subsidiary of Client.
Neither party may make any assignment of this Agreement or any interest therein without the prior consent of the other party.
(IMPORTANT 10 DAY CLAUSE) This contract should be signed and returned no later than 10 days after the contract date. Failure to do so could result in loss of the engagement date.
